Tony Abbott Interferes in G20 Statement
Tony Abbott is being accused of interfering with the G20 statement, taking out "fair" and "inclusive" in the description of desired economic growth. Apparently, he blatantly left in “promote economic growth and jobs growth by strengthening the private sector”, highlighting this. Australia has been told that it has left the moral high ground of previous G20 meetings.
Inclusive growth" is interpreted as a free for all in economies. Just getting there is important. Whether you run roughshod over the rights of people or not is not important in Tony Abbott's eyes. This follows the way he has behaved in domestic politics since the Coalition gained power - but only in the House of Representatives. He seems to have no understanding at all of negotiation. Being pig headed and putting the boot in is his manner.
Social cohesiveness is not important at all in the eyes of the Prime Minister: typical ultraconservative behavior. Not caring about anyone else it typical. Considering most right wing conservatives have inherited economic wealth, one could not expect them to feel otherwise. If you are born with a silver spoon how can you understand the hurt that others are experiencing? I feel that I am justified in calling Tony Abbott an ultraconservative.

New Software for Mining Research
A single device linked to the Internet now has everything an investigator requires. This is especially so in mining. The Northern Territory has adopted the new system and it is doing all it promises. As farming takes up new technology it would be expected that researchers would do the same.
Capturing information is now very easy indeed with reports being done automatically. Photographs are coordinated with Google Earth maps. Relevant data is also stored. In depth analysis is now possible with the extra time on hand for investigators.
A researchers movement around a site is recorded. This makes monitoring of tasks much easier. The software is a significant step forward. Hours of tedious labor has been reduced. With a solid data bank in hand, looking back on work done previously is now a matter of course.

Koalas Know What to Eat
Koalas need nitrogen to make energy, though they move very slowly. Without this valuable mineral they would simply not survive. Eucalyptus trees also contain toxins, a potential death threat to the animal.
Eight species of eucalyptus were tested. It was found that koalas stayed away from trees carrying toxins and were attracted to those high in nitrogen. They obviously know what is good them. The search for food dominates their lives.
If this identification of superior food is true for koalas it must be the case for other animals. They are intrinsically guided to sources of higher quality food. Dogs for example do know which type of grass to eat to solve a health problem. It is unusual for dogs to eat grass, but sometimes they do.
If good food is scarce which it is in Australia, it is logical that sensory systems of animals would evolve to identify sources of better nutrition. In the future, environmentalists should examine the quality of food in a habitat before re-introducing endangered animals. The carrying capacity of the environment affects its carrying capacity.

Government Beliefs Have No Foundation
Getting rid of regulation on investment advisers was a mistake. Thankfully it was resurrected and defeated in the Senate. If it had stayed, advisers would have pulled the wool over the eyes of the poor in society - those who do not know how the system operates.
The government is trying to abolish the body that reviews charity organizations. Senate opposition will put an end to this. Why is the government wasting its time and taxpayers money throwing legislation at the Senate that clearly will not get through?
There is no debt problem in Australia contrary to the wild obsession put forward by the Coalition. Australia has only 17 per cent debt. This compares to over 90 per cent for most other Western countries.
The economy has had a dramatic fall in growth. This could be seen as due to spending cuts. However, there have been only small spending cuts. The national debt is higher now than it was under Labor. Blaming Labor would seem to be right, but Independents, Greens and the Palmer United Party are blocking radical changes.
Abolishing the carbon tax is seem as a win for the Coalition. This is only for the short term. There is no doubt it will be back when we have a labor government after the next election. Just the threat of cuts is offending voters right across the board. Putting it bluntly, Tony Abbott looks like a fool stumbling in the dark. Reason and common sense are not part of his arsenal. National debt is a furphy: people don't care about debt as long as they can earn an income.

The Environment Affects Us and Our Health
A "noisy" environment, bright colors and loud sounds, stimulates us. Furthermore, it puts us on edge. The body is prepared to take action of some kind. Communication of three bodily systems (nervous, immune and endocrine) work against our wishes to bring this about.
If we want to get away from high stimulation we need to move ourselves to a soothing environment. People know this full well. A quiet snooze in front of the TV after dinner at home is always relaxing. Adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol levels drop.
In an emergency stress gives us two option: flight or fight. If we cannot move away from hostile surroundings, we must put on a brave face and tough it out. Bluff is also part of flight. However, remaining in an uncomfortable situation for long periods has its costs.
Today employment is structured and we cannot leave to silence out bodies. Stressful chemicals continue to pump through us causing long term damage. This is due to normal repair functions of the body being turned off. Inflammatory immune response is raised which is good only for the short time. It must be noted that 90 per cent of all human disease is related to stress.
